L’homologation du glyphosate, la substance active que l’on retrouve dans des désherbants comme le Roundup de Monsanto arrive à son terme et la question de son renouvellement est au centre d’une vive polémique. En effet, certaines études scientifiques l’accusent d’être cancérigène alors que d’autres l’exemptent de tout risque. Afin de faire le point sur la situation, Daniel Senesael a interrogé le Ministre Borsus dont le gouvernement supporte le renouvellement de licence pour ce pesticide. La question-réponse, ici.

French Ecology Minister Segolene Royal announced on June 14, 2015 a ban on the sale of American biotechnology giant Monsanto’s popular weedkiller from garden centres, which the UN has warned may be carcinogenic.
